· All rentals must be paid at time of delivery

· All cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the date of the event, or all deposits will be forfeited. ( some stipulations apply, please ask )

· All tents to be set up on grass unless prior arrangements have been made.

· Damage or loss of items is the customer responsibility.

· We are not responsible for damage to any underground services: (sprinklers, electric, phone, etc) if you have any concerns please call 800-MISS DIG

· Please check location before we arrive for any size constrictions or overhead obstructions: (power lines, tree branches, buildings, etc) Size example: A 20’x 30’ tent requires a 30’ x 40’ open space.

Globe lights are used for perimeter lighting for the inside of the tent

Rope lights consist of half inch plastic tube.  Lights are spaced approximately one inch apart. They make an excellent mood lighting source.

Chandelier lights are elegant four globe chandeliers, three six inch globes with one eight inch globe in the center, lights attached to the center posts for larger tents or can be hung to the center of smaller tents.

Beautiful four globe lamp post lights great for the entrance of the tent, ends of the head table or for the corners of the dance floor.

Dimmer controls are used to adjust the lighting brightness in side your tent.

Wedding arches are seven foot tall 4 foot wide and come in either white or natural wood

125 btu heater, to take the chill off on those chilly fall and spring days.
