· All rentals must be paid at time of delivery

· All cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the date of the event, or all deposits will be forfeited. ( some stipulations apply, please ask )

· All tents to be set up on grass unless prior arrangements have been made.

· Damage or loss of items is the customer responsibility.

· We are not responsible for damage to any underground services: (sprinklers, electric, phone, etc) if you have any concerns please call 800-MISS DIG

· Please check location before we arrive for any size constrictions or overhead obstructions: (power lines, tree branches, buildings, etc) Size example: A 20’x 30’ tent requires a 30’ x 40’ open space.

Dance floor sizes ranging for 12x12 up to 24x24 and accommodating from 36 up to 120 dancers.  The panels are a simulated oak finish that are a heavy 3/4 inch thick panel 3 foot by 3 foot. Can be used for indoor or outdoor purposes.
